Responsabilidades

Take commercial ownership of a portfolio of property owners in the UK short-term rental market

Help maximize property performance and build long-term client relationships

Analyze revenue, occupancy, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Lead strategic performance discussions, manage expectations, and proactively address retention risks

Collaborate with international teams across operations, guest experience, and finance

Maintain accurate records of owner interactions, account activities, agreed actions, and outcomes in CRM systems

Anticipate account challenges, investigate recurring issues, and coordinate timely interventions

Identify recurring operational or commercial challenges and recommend improvements

Requisitos

Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients or accounts

Strong understanding of commercial performance indicators

Experience monitoring account health, identifying at-risk clients, implementing retention strategies

Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, develop actionable recommendations

Excellent relationship management skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Comfortable using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems

Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach

Willingness to work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
