🟣 How Yuno will challenge you

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a network of high-quality sales professionals, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, industry events, and job boards.

Work closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals and culture.

Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability to improve recruitment efforts.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and representing the company's values and culture throughout the hiring process.

🟣 The skills you need

Fluent in English and Portuguese are mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
