Responsabilidades

Ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our steering wheel foam manufacturing processes.

Driving productivity improvements, reduce scrap, optimize production performance, and support strategic investments to achieve operational excellence while maintaining Autoliv's high-quality standards.

Leading and improving foam production processes to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Driving productivity, efficiency, and output improvements through process optimization and lean manufacturing practices.

Identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce scrap and production costs.

Applying structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D analysis, to address manufacturing challenges.

Developing and maintaining FMEA and Control Plans to ensure process robustness and product quality.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement initiatives.

Requisitos

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.

Previous experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering (mandatory).

Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within foam, molding, or automotive production environments.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong experience with FMEA, Control Plans, and structured problem-solving tools (8D).

Advanced English proficiency
