Mission: We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our team in building modern, scalable mobile solutions for one of the leading technology companies in the U.S. construction industry.

Responsabilidades

Build and evolve Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

Help define and promote best practices for architecture, testing, and code quality

Lead code reviews and technical discussions

Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver features with high reliability

Monitor app performance and contribute to scalable architecture decisions

Mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team

Requisitos

Fluent English

Solid experience with Kotlin and Android SDK

Practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger

Good understanding of mobile architecture and testing practices

Clear communication and autonomy in technical decision-making

Comfortable working in English with distributed teams

Diferenciais

Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions

Familiarity with Clean Architecture or similar scalable approaches

Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, or Google Play Console in production environments

Experience with feature flag tools and release management workflows
