Responsabilidades

Lead cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers

Ensure team ships reliably, grows professionally, and doesn't become a bottleneck

Focus on people development, team health, cross-functional partnership, and technical direction

Manage distributed team across time zones with async leadership and written communication

Actively introduce AI tools and workflows into team operations
