We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our LATAM finance team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Responsabilidades

Manage the month-end close process and quarterly financial reporting for our LATAM entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local standards.

Act as a key deputy to the Latam Regional Finance Lead, providing the data and insights necessary to steer the business.

Directly oversee the execution of controls and processes required by the Central Bank of Brazil, ensuring we stay "audit-ready" at all times.

Foster a culture of detail-orientation and continuous improvement within the Latam Regional Finance team.

Manage the day-to-day relationships with outsource firms, tax advisors, and external auditors to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.

Requisitos

Degree in Accounting and hold an active CRC certification.

Seasoned finance professional experience in financial controlling, audit, or management accounting.

Experience within Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services is essential.

Strong working knowledge of Brazil GAAP and IFRS.

Proven track record of improving internal controls and streamlining financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
